Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is simple: we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.

Since every order is processed and packed with care, we are unable to accept any items back once they have been delivered.

We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, incorrect order, dislike of fragrance/colour, or any other personal preference.

Several types of products are strictly non-returnable, including but not limited to:
perishable items, custom-made products, gift cards, downloadable items, and any personal care or hygiene-related products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we will assist you only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

To report a damaged item, you must contact us at tiacandlecafe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos and your proof of purchase.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Items

All items purchased from our store are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Regular priced items

  • Sale items

  • Gift items

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances except in rare cases where we determine that a replacement is necessary due to severe product damage.
