Flammability & Customer Responsibility
Our candles are made using high-quality wax and fragrance oils and are, by nature, flammable products that must be handled with care and responsibility. Once the product has been delivered to you, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to use it safely and follow all recommended candle-care guidelines.
Candles should never be left unattended, placed near flammable materials, or handled while lit or when the wax is hot. They must be kept away from children, pets, and any environment where accidental contact may occur. Any damage, loss, or accident that occurs due to improper usage, negligence, unsafe handling, or failure to follow safety instructions will not be considered the liability of our brand.
By purchasing and using our candles, you acknowledge and accept that the safe handling, storage, and burning of the product is solely your responsibility, and the company cannot be held accountable for harm or damage resulting from misuse or carelessness.
Product Variation Clause
All our candles are handmade in small batches, which means slight variations in colour, scent strength, texture, or appearance may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Our candles contain fragrance oils, essential oils, and natural ingredients that may cause sensitivity for certain individuals. Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Disclaimer on Digital Display Differences
Due to screen settings and lighting conditions, product colours may appear slightly different when viewed online. We do our best to represent all items accurately, but minor variations may occur.
Order Cancellation Policy
Since each candle is handmade on order, cancellations are only accepted within the first 2 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Clause
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer details.
Liability Limitation Clause
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident resulting from improper use, neglect, or unsafe handling of our candles. Customers accept full responsibility for safe usage once the product is received.
Shipping Delays Clause
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partner, India Post. Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, operational issues, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
